Chiefs Add Three Rookie Standouts After Tryout Camp

The Kansas City Chiefs recently improved their roster by signing three rookie free agents following an intensive three-day evaluation at the team's practice facility. Out of nearly eighty hopefuls, wide receiver Xavier Loyd, defensive back Marlen Sewell, and offensive tackle Kahlil Benson successfully earned professional contracts. Each player brings unique collegiate experience, ranging from Loyd’s local ties to Missouri to Benson’s championship background with Indiana. These athletes distinguished themselves through standout physical performances and reliable play during the rookie minicamp drills. This recruitment marks a significant step in their careers as they prepare for the team's upcoming offseason training program. Moving forward, these new additions will compete to secure permanent spots on the defending Super Bowl champions' final depth chart.
