Chiefs trade 2028 pick for Josh Ezeudu

The Kansas City Chiefs recently improved the depth of their roster by trading for offensive lineman Josh Ezeudu from the New York Giants. In exchange for the veteran player, the Chiefs sent a 2028 seventh-round draft pick to New York. Ezeudu is a former third-round selection with significant professional experience, having played over thirty games with various starts at multiple positions. He is recognized for his versatility, having successfully played both guard and tackle spots during his college and professional careers. This acquisition provides the defending champions with a flexible protector who has proven his ability to prevent quarterback pressure. Moving forward, Ezeudu is expected to serve as a reliable backup across the offensive line for Kansas City.
