Childcare loan approved

The Pipestone Economic Development Authority (EDA) during its Feb. 17 meeting approved a forgivable loan for Gabryelle Alderson to help pay for new windows for her in-home daycare in Pipestone. Director of Community Development Justin Schroyer said Alderson recently started her in-home daycare. According to Alderson’s application, she’d like to replace the windows on the main floor because the existing windows leak air and the new windows would create a more comfortable environment for the children.
