To mark World Mental Health Day tomorrow, Childline Gibraltar, in collaboration with GHA’s Young Minds, will open its helplines for 12 hours; the first time doing so in its 19-year history. Childline’s CEO Caroline Carter was in the studio together with GHA Consultant Psychiatrist Dr Ashim Bettadapura.Dyslexia Awareness Week is in full flow - with events across Gibraltar highlighting understanding, inclusion, and support for those with dyslexia. Sabrina Mauro and Mandy Gaggero told us about what's happening and how the community can get involved.The MBS Centre is hosting a free workshop for those living with Parkinson's disease this Saturday. It will be led by Lori Tillman, who will focus on a holistic approach to managing symptoms. Lori shared what inspired her to create this workshop for people with Parkinson’s.And at the Gibraltar Photographic Society’s second Special Exhibition to commemorate its 60th Anniversary, Prem Mahtani won the prestigious accolade: photographer of the year.
