Children of God | 1-2-3 - Part 2

We take a look at 1 John 2, today in our 1-2-3 series; where we study the later epistles of the apostle John and where we look at what they mean for the foundation of our Christian walk. Our core concept we want to remember is that walking with Jesus means letting Him lead. Part of knowing God better and trusting Him more is letting Him guide our lives. One of the biggest areas that we have to let God lead in is teaching and showing us what it is to love properly. As John moves on in this chapter, we see him draw the connection between loving God properly and have a fruitful, unifying life with other believers. The inverse of which shows that if you hate your brother or sister, then the love of the Father is not in you and you are still in darkness. See, a divided love divides your life. And those who sow division and darkness are called anti-Christs. we need to watch out for anti-Christs.
