Children's Understanding of Categories & Concepts

In December, Dr. Emily Foster-Hanson helped us understand the way we reason about the world - sorting categories and representing them through our mental concepts. We took a dive into how those concepts shape our assumptions, stereotypes, and inform future learning - and the ways in which language influences what concepts we form.
