In the dead of night as people sleep that is when the spirits creep as the bell tolls three dark things take power we like to call it the supernatural hour hey welcome to the supernatural hour this is your host Rathan this is Chad this is Drake did I'm at it and do we have some business we do okay our business is brought to you by Castle Photo Art so go to Castle for all your photo needs for the business we have an upcoming investigation of Piautian of Atta on August 12th so we're looking forward to that that's gonna be a very cool venue tickets are available investigation tickets are only I'll take licorice and chips any day so we're looking forward to that investigation it'll be it's gonna be an interesting investigation that boot hill cemetery is really cool and the over the Overland Hotel yes is really really a neat venue yeah they actually have a really cool venue there it's called the Opera House but they're having like a little lack of a better term minister just and the bikers already have the Opera House rented out so unless we want to sneak in with chaps and our letters on well about that I may or may not have a vest okay so apparently Drake can go to the Opera House the rest of us are out of luck I'll sneak in as your girlfriend how's that I'm in sure okay and we've got our insider summer shindig coming up and so go out and become an insider if you're not already if you aren't insider you've already got the information on that but that's happening in August it's August 26th and if you want to know what the venue is you got to sign yourself up but it's one of the darker locations that we go to last summer was so fun and it was there was a lot of activity it was really cool oh yeah there really is and this is a different location than the last last summers oh yeah we move them around yeah so the summer shindig's are a lot of fun so that's gonna be an insider to find out all the details and as an insider there's no cost for the summer shindig other than your insider and at different levels you get to bring different amounts of people with you well you need to bring this I dish yeah but I can do whatever you want all right also I just have a little tidbit is our October is already just coming up so there's a lot of stuff happening in October so watch the website for everything that's happening and it's gonna be fun all right so do we have any residential no summertime is when it's just really really slow there is one in the works but the client is very slow to respond and we're still trying to work out a day so she really really wants castle to come because he's kind of a longtime family friend and his schedule is really wonky so if we can ever get a schedule there's that one in the works okay don't we have to look into is I wonder why every every residential we do in the summer there's there's never air conditioning I think we need to check like AC units for demons right you know it's just it's just something I've noticed so I don't know if it's very normal or not yeah and this summer is toasty so yeah I would know absolutely all right like a lobster yeah that's not fun all right so the main topic is brought to you by Otayos Otayos find Mexican dining there in winden or north or it's great food so good and it's not Mexican like your expecting I don't want anyone thinking oh just another Mexican restaurant this is you got to go at least once and try it it's amazing yeah that steak thing you brought me last time you went with your family that was fabulous yeah not see I can't eat carbs I get sick and I can't remember the I don't remember what I get what it's called but it's full of carbs and I don't care it's like it's worse feeling like crap for a couple days you know if we also talk about it and I've never been and I want to go and like last year you know as a group we went to the movie let's go eat this year yeah bring Kelly down we'll go okay let's do it for you so today we're gonna talk about chilling him castle and this is cool I want to go to this castle I never heard of this place until I looked it up for this episode and this is supposed to be like the most haunted place in England in all of the UK yeah yeah it's I saw one place if you go to their actual website it says Britain's most haunted historic castle and I'm like they almost guarantee that you'll see your experience something yeah it's kind of cool so to start off with this is a pretty castle but it's a castle it's not a palace that they call a castle it is a castle it is an actual castle kind of square I mean if you were to ask me to describe it it's square it's got the the turrets and it's got the one of those scalpy pants or whatever they are parapets parapets pants they got this appears a pants hanging up there drying on the line on the line you know I saw that mighty python it's like your quintessential castle you know if you tell a kid to draw castle he's going to basically draw showing him killing him yeah and the surrounding countryside is it's beautiful it's picturesque oh absolutely like a Thomas Kincaid painting and what I found that was also interesting is the ownership has stayed in the bloodline from present clear back to the 1200s wow so you don't find that very often I mean they do have it it's a bed breakfast and you can go and go and go stores they've got a lot of ghost tours because they have to pay for it and the upkeep on castles is really really good as a functioning hotel now don't think you can't stay with a room and stay overnight I think so yeah as I was looking at the website yeah and they've got not only do they have ghost tours but they've got like a seminar's and workshops and they got all sorts of stuff that's really cool I would love to go there when it was first built it was intended as a monastery and then as everyone knows England and Scotland they're always good long and so it was the war between England and Scotland with William Wallace and where this cast the brave heart guy right so where this castle is located is very ancestor by the way is he really yes my my maternal grandmother was a Wallace oh well that's awesome yeah anyway go go on switch ex-geneal freedom next time I paint my face blue I was just gonna say next time I see you I want your face paint a blue yeah I'll be wearing I'll be wearing the kill yeah am it's on the sky side I'm on the English side so I'm actually English Scottish and Irish so I just beat myself up all go to where we go anyway Google on no you're good so it's just in the very strategic place and so they actually have documents that give them royal permission to add battlements you know to fortify it and because of it's just besieged all the time and because of where it was it says that they just improved it non-stop it was constantly being upgraded to the best security I mean it's got like 10 foot walls for insects right I mentioned the books were gone by then right and yeah military installation exclusively I would think that they would kind of poo poo the whole violence thing yeah and we're gonna get violent and just wait buckle up okay violence is coming because when I'm first reading this I'm like oh it's a castle it's cute I mean literally you remember the Fisher Price Castle except I kind of had round little turrets this says square turrets I'm pretty sure that this is what Fisher Price modeled their castle after but it's not very cute because we're gonna we're gonna come upon why it's so haunted so this castle it's actually mentioned in Shakespeare of all the people that inhabit it there's a record 18 nights of the garter that called this castle home that sounds funny 18 nights of the garter I wonder what the garter is you know I was actually gonna look this up anyway yeah because it's you know now it's like a woman's you know well I think it I think it's the same thing hang on the people that lived there they got the title Earl and they were Earl of Tinkerville I don't like the name Tinkerville it sounds like construction sounds a little blue collar yeah I'm from Tinkerville man yes let's go get some grits and as far as the castle itself it remains largely the way it was in medieval times there was a couple galleries that they added in the two days because King James of Scotland came to visit and they thought we need to like it the King James Bible yes here's a background on the most noble order of the garter do do tell it's an order of chivalry founded by Edward III of England in 1348 it's the most senior order of knighthood in the British honor system outraged in precedence only by the Victoria Cross and the George Cross the order of the garter is dedicated to the image and arms of St. George England's patron saint that's to the good people at Wikipedia cool yeah so it's a pretty big deal so yeah it's got it's got the there's some history high and privileged people associated with it yes and they had 18 wow that we're associated with this castle so that's 18 nights of the garter yeah so that's a big deal it boasts the highest levels of paranormal activity in England and you wonder how because if someone asked me of all the places you know what's the most haunted place in England I would say the Rams in you know so I know yeah that was pretty haunted from what we are maybe it's debatable kind of depends on your definition of most haunted but it does say boasts the highest levels of paranormal activity in England long fellow wrote a poem poem says all houses in which men have lived and died are haunted houses through the open doors the harmless phantoms on their errands glide with feet that make no sounds upon the floors and they sometimes right they attribute that poem to chilling him castle wow okay so why is it so haunted for starters we've talked about the wars it was besieged there's just a lot of military activity and so you know death killing but there was a certain man his name was John Sage and he was the resident tortureer basically he was an Englishman because he's in the English castle that was like an official position back then yeah yeah so he hated the Scottish hated them hated them hated them I mean when you're at war with somebody usually don't like him but you know maybe the general population are fine but this man hated the Scottish and he was also very frustrated because he really wanted to be in the army you know he wanted to go kill the Scottish people but he had a leg injury that kept him from military service and so he went to work in the torture chamber it says he was a ruthless torturer and executioner and the way they ruthless the way they put it oh oh you will find out said that he had the time of his life and I'm gonna quote that here's my air quotes that nobody can see except the people that are here time of his life in the torture chamber it said you know it's important to enjoy your work oh he loved it he loved it oh jeez okay he actually tortured 50 people a week for three years and they figured that he tortured and killed over 1000 people okay I think we know why this place is funded absolutely let me have another little have another little tidbit on his torture chamber it's actually open if you go there you can go see all of Sage's toys all this stuff is there oh no no so from my understanding all of all of the torture implements that are there are hits they're the original one but they the original torture chamber is closed so this is like a mock-up and it says the original web the original tools yeah from what I understand I mean it doesn't say it says contains all of Sage's toys I don't know if those are actually his toys or if they're mock-ups but I think they're actually his that's probably the reason why it's still haunted right I'm thinking about the project I'd like to stand next to those and just feel it you know right so you might say well what happened to the original torture chamber they're still there they're located under the tea room which is if you've been there or if you're going there it's under the castles restaurant so if you're in the tea room just know that torture and mayhem and death and horrors happened under your feet yeah but they are the same architectural configuration as in Sweeney Todd I'm just pointing out okay okay right that the demon barber that you know I've actually seen that maybe I should see it he dropped his victims to the trap door and the woman below would make meat pies out of them and sell them you know oh you've got a sea Sweeney Todd it's amazing apparently apparently we need to watch this but this is what I think is fascinating the reason they sealed off the original torture chamber was because someone had performed a seance there and the seance had a pretty scary ending to it and so they needed to keep the danger in the way it is worded I don't want to read this but it says so to keep the danger inside it was closed up so someone did a seance brought something nasty in and they had to seal it off so that nasty couldn't get out of what it sounded like to me wow yeah but it says that there are several human remains still down in that original torture room and as we read there's actually human remains everywhere here still apparently that you can see except for those because it's all sealed up so several years ago we did a podcast on torture implements if I remember right it's one of our biggest ones on YouTube but some of Sage's torture devices some of the ones that he liked were the wheel the iron maiden the iron chair and the ever popular the rack and that's the one that you stretch them until their joints pop I think you know iron maiden is a great name for a rock group but iron chair just doesn't quite tell it doesn't have the same no the same flare doesn't work no so here's the interesting thing that's interesting and creepy some people claim that they can hear the sounds of joints popping when they stand it's like to hear that would be cool but it would also just be gruesome at the same time but there's not a lot that can scare me or make me queasy but that would yeah it would but here's some other stuff he liked to impale people he liked to boil and starve his victims to death and since he loved torture he actually invented one of his own and the one that he invented was a barrel filled with iron nails and you'd put you know the person inside and just roll into the other side of the torture chamber and then essentially the victim was skinned alive and in case you wondered the floor of the torture chamber was sloped so that the blood could drain off you know and not just pour a lot of makes it easier than you can also help yeah economics yeah you know so he always think there was some design some design thought puts a bit yeah you know you don't stand in blood your people get all wrinkly so it was sloped so it would pour off you know kind of kind of smoky here okay so let's discuss some of the other areas of the castle now that we've covered the creepiest one and I don't know in some ways it's not the creepiest one I'll be honest the courtyard so they have this war you get to the end of the war the English have all these prisoners I like we got to get rid of these prisoners you know you're too expensive to feed them and they're just taking up space so what they did is they went out to the courtyard they built this huge fire they burned all the men the women and the older children alive in front of the younger children oh geez like hey little kids movie time people are sick and then after these kids have been traumatized watching their families burned alive and screaming and all these horrible things they took them back into the castle and then they were hatched to their death in king edward room you know this didn't go over too well with the Scottish people no I'd be a little disappointed if I found out that happened to my family members yeah so they actually caught up with John saves the executioner and he was publicly hanged and because he was so hated because he was just so evil when they when they killed him they cut off his fingers and they caught off his toes his nose lips and genitals while he was still struggling for breath so he got his comeuppance oh yeah yeah you know what goes around comes around I don't think you know what that saying but he found out but people say that they hear disembodied voices and full body apparition said and seen wandering the courtyard you know of these people who were burned in the fire and they say that even the ghost of John Sage is said to haunt the courtyard it doesn't say that he was minus a few parts right they didn't say that he was hanged in the courtyard but the fact that it's listed under the courtyard makes me think that he probably was because that's you're gonna be publicly hanged I would think that's where you would be publicly hanged would be where everyone could get to you okay so there's a room called the pink room and the pink room it's a private room today it's like the current owners the current family it's one of their rooms so I don't know that anyone can go see it you could probably find pictures online I mean there was a there was a picture when I looked this up but the room is very haunted they renovated it at some point and they found the skeletal remains of what they believe is a young boy and his on the skeleton fingers and fingernails were broken which kind of leads you know investigators to speculate that he was probably buried in the wall alive and he was trying to get out which just makes me sad and to this day they call the spirit that you see of him the blue boy and he appears coming out of the wall but before he visits there's like a blue halo that appears he's a very friendly ghost and you know the people that see him love him you know he's not scary he's very kind a very gentle ghost they tell these kids of these stories of these kids that meet their terrible fate they're just makes me sad life was a life was cheaper than apparently if you run the wrong side that's just terrible all right so there's the room of king Edward and you know the United States you go back east or even places here you know George Washington's lecture George Washington's lecture and you tell it's Brigham Young's lecture Brigham Young's lecture and half the time you wonder if you really did if it's just there to make it seem cooler so this was one of those castles that they claim several kings visited and I'm sure they did I mean it's a castle it's a very strategic castle so I'm sure they did but there's a room that they call the room of King Edward whether he was actually there or not I don't know but it's at least named after him this is a room where many young children again were hacked to their deaths after the war was over and you might be saying why do they kill so many kids and their reasoning was because they were afraid that they would grow up and retaliate which you know fair deal I get it but they say in the room of King Edward there's a dark male level in spirit that resides there he's very violent very aggressive and there's a lot of stories where he's actually attacks several people so stay clear of King Edward's room apparently if you don't want to get attacked by an aggressive ghost that's your thing trot right on up there okay so the next one is the ghost of Lady Mary Berkeley and apparently her husband decided to take off with her sister that always goes over well so she's not exactly resting in peace and they say that you can usually hear the sound of a wrestling skirt before she's appeared before she appears people have heard her footsteps they hear whispers sometimes people will associate cold spots in certain areas especially after they hear the wrestling skirts and sometimes people have claimed that she has pushed them downstairs not a very happy oh and we're we're just starting well so then there's the chapel so if you go to the chapel it's claimed to be one of the more active rooms three human skeletons were found there two of them were found under a stained glass window which I don't understand how that works it's a stained glass window on the floor so you find them under a stained glass window I imagine on the wall and I'm sure it was below it and it's probably under the floor yeah I don't know that's just gonna be a weird word that I'm in one with sound in the back corner underneath the floorboards which makes a lot more sense to me than understand and I imagine the one under the stained glass window was probably under the floorboards too because it would be hey look there's a skeleton there it's not like you found it it kind of just there yeah my little logistical mind though I'm like how do you find you understand whatever the one they found under the floorboards they say belonged to a little girl no one really knows who she is or what happened to her but her spirit likes to interact with people so you might get excited oh I'm gonna go and interact with this little girl how fun apparently she doesn't like men she only interacts with women she's known for playing with people's hair and if you go and stand in the area that she was found like you know on the floorboards right over where she was people said that they feel just overcome with some profound sadness so so apparently she's a happy ghost but it sounds like she probably died under some sad circumstances so I mean that could be illness that could be probably hacked to death by the English but we're not done with hack up children just so you know so there's a still room wait wait and you say this place is haunted just a little haunted so there's a place called the still room STIL room and the dungeon and you can actually spend the night in still room it's connected to the dungeon connected to the dungeon I just cannot talk today and so it's kind of interesting because of course the dungeons gonna have a lot of heavy feels and emotions in it and the still room was used to keep the castle's treasure so you know all their jewels and anything that was worth anything and every night what they would do is they'd lock a guard inside you know don't let anything come in here something comes in here kill it they can't steal our stuff right so one night there was a guard who was locked in and he kind of got scared by an old frail looking woman who was in the still room with him and apparently she came up to him and asked him for water and you know he's been in there before and he's never been approached by anybody so he was quite startled so the guards like it's an elderly woman I'm gonna get her some water so when the guard went to get it suddenly he was like no wait a minute I'm supposed to be in here by myself what's going on so when he returned with the water the woman was gone and so now she's called the pantry ghost historians think that she was probably poisoned inside the still room and just constant asking for water more of a residual hunting how what how they so assuredly tied the paranormal activity to these historical figures I know I think here's I mean I think you're there they know the stories you know they've probably done investigations they've been there for you know 800 years absolutely I'm sure there's a way they figured out so there was a Spanish switch that was also killed in this room and right before she died she cursed the castle and basically I know right basically the curse was anyone who took anything from the castle would experience bad luck so if you go to Chillingham Castle don't be taken home stuff with you unless you pay for it at the gift shop I'm sure that stuff is okay but don't be worried about buying a souvenir at the gift shop right from a haunted place right so just just be careful it says that the room contains numerous taken objects that have been sent back by visitors so apparently people if I don't know where they tested it on purpose or knew about it and that it won't happen to me but they actually have stuff it's more like better yet if you're gonna go in there just keep your hands in your pockets right so it says that the dungeons are very tight space it's not a big roomy area there's only two cells in it it's pitch black and they're really cold one of the cells contains what they call a murder pit and if that doesn't sound intriguing I don't know what does so they take injured prisoners they throw them inside and leave them to die there's a door from the gardens where you can actually get into the pit and it says the castles dogs would have indulged the flesh of the dead yeah so if you know they wonder why it's haunted right you die there the dogs are gonna eat you sounds a little game of thrones eat but you know and here it says if you go there and you take a close look inside the pit you can actually still see human remains so often for you and this just makes me want to go there even more which makes me more good in I know so it's it's really pretty if you go online and look at this it's just it's gorgeous I mean all of England is pretty so there's an archway there and there used to be three hanging trees two of the two of these trees have fallen but they're still there and when someone was hanged at Chillingham Castle the corpse would remain in the tree until the bodies fell off I mean they'd hang him and it's just like you're there until the ravens have picked him clean or something yep and then the bones are just left there and people say that sometimes human remains are still found on the grounds they say especially when that gets really cold the hang weren't given crop weren't given proper burials and so you know many people believe that if you're not given a proper Christian burial then the soul can't move on right so that's part of that whole wrist and piece thing same with the lake you look at the lake and you're like oh this is pretty but underneath the surface they say that there are bones of just hundreds of murdered Scotsman which brings to mind for me Lord of the Rings when they're crossing the bog and there's all those Oh yeah the harsh of the dead yep so they're tormented souls will pull you pull you underwater and drown you if you stick your hands in it which is more Lord of the Ringy to me and then there's the so-called Devil's Walk you almost wonder if Tolkien used that mythology or that information from Chillingham Palace as part of the right you know the things that inspired yeah well if who was it long fellow was inspired then why not Tolkien absolutely so there's the Devil's Walk out near the lake and it's actually like the main entry driveway now but back in the day it was used for hanes and you can find human remains there as well and if you walk on the Devil's Walk at night they say that there's a chance you can hear footsteps behind you the gardens are also hunted by monks sometimes the monks back in the day would kind of take pity on some of the people who were hanged because some of the times they were hung from their feet we also that would take them longer to die and so the monks would take them home and hide them and try to help them heal from whatever ones they had but if soldiers caught them then they were hung as well so that's why you've got monk ghosts walking around so it's just really was kind of a gruesome place back in the day packed to death or hung upside down or burned up in fire torture yeah it's terrible though from what I also found so they used Chillingham Castle in the 97 movie about Elizabeth I kind of want to know what the stories are from that production team oh yeah anything happened to them yeah because they basically say you can't go there and not have an experience and so I bet you that production team had experiences they had to have had I noticed in a lot of the photos online sections of it are broke off like you can walk through but you can't you know stroll among the furniture or the you know or take a little mix off the tables yeah moving exactly right so some of the other just ghostly phenomenon that they've mentioned or just they say there's cold spots throughout the entire castle you know your batteries tend to drain people see apparitions they've heard to somebody footsteps and voices they've been touched they've heard like in the chapel there's voices of two men that are her talking and you can't really tell what they what they say but it you know sounds like you're having a legit conversation they say in the courtyard when the moon light cas shadows on the on the battlements it's you know you can see a lot of stuff you know the moonlight it's like okay some of that might be paranoid but they say some are definitely you know things that are walking so these are just actual comments from people that were there someone said I felt this hand on my arm it was a most friendly feeling and I believe someone was trying to guide me to see something another person said my camera would not take a picture of the orbs and lighting I actually saw yet when I developed my film there were just these same orbs but in different places and rooms literally all over the place and then a third one says the guy told me not to be frightened and funnily I was quite happy even with the distinct whispering I heard in the king Edward room well so Chillingham Castle I definitely need to go there I think the most haunted location in the UK should be you know I've never been there but that would be my first place yeah so Chad and I are gonna go to France next June with a little bit of an add-on we can hop over to England which I think if possible we should do because as long as we're that close we may as well just top the channel take the channel yeah you can drive it now I know that's gonna creep you I'm fine driving from France it's once you get over to England and everything's on the wrong side of the road I can't imagine this is too terribly far yeah so maybe maybe I can go there in June we'll have to look into that one of the videos that I watch YouTube videos they said there's over you know a hundred different ghosts at Chillingham I bet there's more than that I bet there's more than that but maybe a hundred that they kind of know about or that are familiar that are familiar yeah that was very interesting yeah so we need final thoughts on Chillingham before we move on to segment no no I'm just I'm not staying there tonight yeah kind of me too I would stay there tonight yeah some rooms not maybe not no no but I'd have to get myself in the right frame of mind all right so what you got for us today Emma well today I'm gonna talk about you know we all know how expensive just the gear side of paranormal investigating is you know I mean I've spent the price of a used car on gear in the last few years but people say you know what else can you do how can you do on a budget and really there's there's several things something we started using last year are these little cat balls right the little round motion detectors yeah they're just you know 12 bucks for four of them on Amazon and they were great you know as to get communication going with the spirit you've got one that they just have to reach out and touch this thing in the lights go off so that's really inexpensive another thing is I've got these little their motion detectors and each one just runs on three AAA batteries four of them were under $20 and you can place them in a hallway and if a spirit or something were to walk down the hallway these lights would actually go off and you could see it travel and the other thing is EMF and just noticing today on Amazon a nice EMF detector I think we all have a version of the same model but it's like 1495 and it's a good EMF detector so you know there really are budget options out there to get some really effective gear you can get a little EVP voice recorder now some of the ones going you know in the $20 under $25 range we've we've only had about a 50% success rate with those they just either don't seem to work or they go bad after a while but you know some people have gotten one and they're still using it so I haven't really found a cheap alternative for a convenient to use voice recorder but far as the other three don't get anybody off to a good start well and with the voice recorder smartphones have some very good recording equipment on them that can be used for recording for people that are just getting into it and don't have that's true that's a good point you've got a smartphone you've got there's probably apps for quite a few pieces of gear that we use dedicated gear for so that's a good idea one thing I tell people in our public events is people say oh you know we don't bring any equipment it's like well first if you come on our public event you don't need to because we'll have plenty of equipment there but I say if you've got your smartphone with you you've got three things you've got your flashlight you've got a recorder you've got a camera yep and we've got some great pictures off the cameras on our galaxy phones that were pretty phenomenal yes and I'm gonna point out you are the queen of getting photos of light anomalies with your phone I've never seen somebody with such a high success rate as you it's amazing I you know everyone's got kind of their niche that is my niche you can play EVP's for me all day I'm like yeah nothing but I do have to say I had a Samsung phone and then I switched to iPhone my iPhone camera sucks for goes second that for pictures I loved my Samsung camera I do not like my iPhone camera so just little yeah but a couple of other things from apps on the phone that I found to be pretty good there's one called ghost tube and then there's ghost tube SLS and it's like the SLS cameras that we bring the big equipment ones and I've seen some pretty good SLS with some of those and it's handy because it's small and one of the problems with our big SLS's is both Emmett and Drake can attest is boy the batteries get sucked out of those so quickly they really do yeah if you get an hour after about and they get heavy about after an hour and a half that's why I take a monopod if I remember to bring it with me because you just rested on there yeah and the other thing is on public investigations it's great because everybody wants to try it out so you give it to the here you carry this for a while yeah exactly I have a treat for you you can be in charge of the SLS people think that's really like oh here guys carry this gear I mean you know that's that's part of the that's part of the price of a ticket part of it actually use gear well we forgot to mention it before I'm just just as a lot of stuff going on today and doc we actually scheduled tonight to podcast because he was going to be able to with his crazy schedule but something got added to a crazy schedule so hopefully they will be here next time yeah I've got one other app that we use a couple of times and that's that ghost hunting tools where it has the words come up and like like a like an autolist yeah yeah and and again it's a free app it's just called ghost hunting tools it's sometimes sitting miss but we've sometimes been things where it's been very on yeah when you turn that one on it seems like the first five or six words are kind of throw away I turned on I'm just the same with the autolist it's just it takes a minute to get acclimated to the environment and I could see you know if we were asking questions and you got one relevant word here or there you might go that's coincidence but there's been investigations where we've gotten five six seven relevant things just boom boom boom right in a row and that's when you say to yourself I think that's legit yeah so I don't know how much is that app is that a free app there's you can pay a little bit more to not get advertising or something with it but it's a free app I oftentimes pull that up it also has some energy detecting and some other things with it but I like the previous a lot cheaper than 500 for an obolist yes it is so I actually have the the obvious app I paid for it paid like two bucks two dollars for it what the ghost you one works hell of a lot better I need to get ghost you I've seen it but I don't have it yet yeah I've got the ghost tube and the ghost tube SLS and this ghost hunting tools on my phone and like I say it's handy because albeit places and things and be able to pull it out you know and it's you don't have to have right your ghost hunting tools with you because you kind of have it with you in your pocket all the time yep and that's not to say that we don't have ghost hunting tools because yes we do oh do we so I want to remind everybody about our shop at dance carnival calm we got shirts people we got sweaters we've got all types of merch you can get you know puddies I got no book I got a hoodie from there I got my tapestry all right so for the junk drawer you guys have all seen paranormal activity at least one of them yes I've seen clips I was kind of laughing at the latest one so I think I've only seen the first one and the reason I haven't seen the ones after that is just that first person the way the motion is it makes me sick and so when I went I was watching the first ten minutes of it after that I had to close my eyes and the people I went with when I go you scared I'm like no it's literally giving me a headache I just can't watch those yeah you have the same situation with kind of the virtual reality VR headsets yeah so I don't care for the movies not because of the content but the way they're filmed it just gives me a headache but I found on YouTube a parody it's a paranormal activity parody it's on the channel called owl kitty oh W L K I T Y and it's called per a normal like a cat per a normal and it's when you look at it you think you're looking at scenes from paranormal activity they've set up you know the night vision camera in a bedroom same angle same everything if you're very familiar with paranormal activity you'll look at it's totally different but I mean it's basically the same right night vision facing a bed everything's black and white but it's a parody and the people who did this their names are Katie and Micah and they're being terrorized by their cat so you're basically watching the antics of their cat and what makes it more sinister is it's at night you know and it's filmed in this you know night vision paranormal activity kind of the genre so you know something's gonna happen right but what it makes it even creepier is they speed it up you know it's not just regular time it's not like you're just watching someone's cat they've sped it up a little bit and the cat's just doing normal cat stuff but the way they've filmed it and the way they've sped it up it's a little I mean it's a parody but it's creepier than just watching a cat and he does things like knocking over things and stocking things and crawls on the bed anyway it's fun it's cute it's fun there's one website again just YouTube but it's a channel called owl kitty owl kitty and it's the movie itself is titled paranormal yeah it's cute has kind of a surprise ending so I'm not gonna say what that is but it looks fun so if you want this kind of a fun paranormal activity esque parody go hit that up well now I have to look at it all right well stay
