O chimarrão é uma bebida típica muito consumida no Rio Grande do Sul, no Uruguay e na Argentina. Em espanhol é conhecida como "mate". É feito com erva-mate, cujo nome científico é "Ilex paraguariensis", que também é o nome da música que você pode ouvir aqui com os Engenheiros do Havaí.
