Rainbow Blak explores how to deal with people who project aggression and abusive behaviours on to you. Dealing with these behaviours can have long lasting affects on how we form relationships throughout our lives. Influencing our decision making, our emotional health and our mental health. If not nipped in the bud or challenged then the person behaving abusively, aggressively or violently will learn that if they behaviour in this way and get what they want out of it then they will continue feeding that into their learning loop because its tried and tested they get results that way.  With no regard for the impact on partners or people in general.  So what can the person receiving this do to protect themselves- real talk. Stand up and be assertive no aggression or violence required because staying silent is not an option.
