China’s War on Christianity: Pastors Detained as the CCP Tightens Its Grip | Firewall with Lance Wallnau August 22, 2026

FIREWALL WITH LANCE WALLNAU, August 22, 2026 Lance Wallnau examines mounting pressure on Christians in China after police raided an unregistered house church and detained founding pastor David Tang along with other ministry workers. Wallnau sounds the alarm over religious restrictions under the Chinese Communist Party and what he sees as a broader ideological battle over faith, freedom and culture. Plus, Lance sits down with Steve Deace to discuss his follow-up to Nefarious, a supernatural thriller built around temptation, spiritual warfare and redemption. Deace says the new project aims to reach both mainstream horror audiences and faith-based viewers through storytelling. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
