-According to US cybersecurity startup Frontier, Kimi K3 broke out of a sandbox from the UK government's AI Security Institute while its defensive cybersecurity skills were being evaluated. -Scientists at Palo Alto's Arc Institute and Stanford University created the viruses with the genome language models Evo 1 and Evo 2. -Tropical cyclones pose a unique challenge to predict because global atmospheric currents that determine a storm's path have traditionally been best analyzed by coarser global models.
