Christiane Siebert joins us today to teach us about the historical basis of Chinese Medicine and the various modalities used within its practice including: nutrition, botanical medicine, guasha, massage, cupping, salves/liniments, heat therapy, and Tai Chi. Christiane is a board-certified doctor of Chinese medicine, a licensed acupuncturist, and a naturopathic practitioner.
