In March of 2016, a man by the name of Chip Campbell was picked up on the security cameras of a Circle K gas station in Milton, Florida. This would be the last verified footage of the man, who had been going through some serious issues in the preceding months.In this episode, I speak to Chip's sister, Lesa Kissoon, as well as his friend, John Claudio.
