Today on this episode of the Missing Chapter, we’re going local.  Well, somewhat.  Here in upstate, NY, one of the destination places that our area is known for is Saratoga.  Popularized most by its rich history - being the location of a turning point victory in the Revolutionary war in 1777, and secondly of course, it is known for its rich culture in horse racing.  But apart from the beauty of the area and it’s amazing restaurants and sidewalk shops, there’s a story that’s nestled into one of the surrounding areas that I don’t believe too many people know about.  The story revolves around a daily snack for most, a special treat for some, and just like your experience with our episodes of the Missing Chapter, you can’t have just one - find out what I’m getting at on this episode of the Missing Chapter.
