Chippewa's new safety measures get business, customer approval

This past weekend was the first where Chippewa was closed to traffic in the evening. The city announced the change last week as a way to increase safety for Buffalo's nightlife. Chris Ring, co-owner of Rec Room, says it went "flawlessly" and even has the approval of bar patrons.
