Chiro Hustle Podcast 033 – Amy Spoelstra, DC

First and foremost, Dr. Amy Spoelstra is a wife and mother! She started a family oriented, pediatric based cash practice 10 years ago in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. She is a graduate of Sherman College of Chiropractic and founded the FOCUS program and the Neuro-Deflective Retraining Method© which launched in June of 2012. FOCUS is a drugless educational and functional healing program for children, teens, and adults with ADD/ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Asperger Syndrome, and other related developmental disorders. The FOCUS program consists of four main pillars including chiropractic, nutrition, Neuro-Deflective Retraining©, and mentoring. She and her team work with local patients in the community and she also trains and consults with parents and other practitioners worldwide to help improve the lives of families struggling with developmental disorders. She cofounded Navigate Your Healing, LLC in 2017 and it is her mission to help as many families as possible to find a better expression of life and health!
