Well, I sure did. Just a few years ago, I started to educate myself more about it and learned that these were our ancestors spiritual practices and that somehow my family also believed in it since we used to get limpias all the time.   Yvette shares her upbringing and how her inner bruja guided her to break free from toxic environments, heal from generational traumas and tap into her true calling. We also talked about the importance and power of spiritual hygiene in order to live a more authentic life.  Yvette is an intuitive medium, a Palera, and a green witch focusing on spiritual sexual wellness and hygiene. I’m a first generation LA native of Mexican and Chilean descent.
