On Chisme#29, I had the amazing opportunity to chat with Karina F. Daves, a mama, entrepreneur, wife, Life Coach and so many other great things.  We talked about one of the easiest things to tell people to do but it is hard to apply it- Boundaries. How many of us have done things without really wanting to but because we think we have to fulfill someone else's expectations we do them. How many of us don't really understand our true worth or gifts, therefore, we settle for a mediocre life because that is what society expects to do?  Karina, dropped so amazing gems by sharing her experiences and how these led her to her true calling, which is helping other women find themselves and their true passions, as a life coach. She experienced some dark moments but thanks to God and her learning to set boundaries, helped to redefine herself and start doing the things she loves.  Karina is a Life coach, she helps women to develop practices and skills in achieving their GOALS in a bite-sized manner.  She helps you dive deep into the things that are blocking you from you just killing it! Her passion is to be there for women, specifically moms, that need tools and confidence to keep going, no matter where they are in life.
