from Chisme That Matters Podcast · host Chisme that Matters

Hola, Hello mi gente, I had an amazing time chatting with Eliana Murillo, who is a beautiful and multi-passionate entrepreneur thriving in the world as such. We talked about how some of us have felt shame in being interested or starting projects in different things because we are always being told that is better to "niche" down or focus on one thing so we can do it right. Here she share some tips on how to thrive as a multi-passionate person and build a life around it.  Eliana is the founder and CEO of Eliment and Company, which includes an innovation venture lab and consulting firm. She develops early stage startups and consults other startup founders to develop their marketing strategies to reach diverse consumers. Eliana also co-founded her family's organic Alquimia Tequila, an award-winning product that is 100% USDA-certified organic. Eliana founded and currently leads Latinas Who Brunch, a national community of badass Latinas with chapters in 17 states and counting. Eliana previously spent 10 years at Google, where she founded the multicultural marketing team and co-founded HOLA, the Latino employee resource group. While in Silicon Valley, she co-founded the Latinos in Tech Giving Circle. Eliana was included in the Forbes 30 Under 30 List in 2017. She was also included in the top 10 Latina Corporate Executives List by Latina Style Magazine in 2017 and the Top 50 Most Powerful Latinas List by ALPFA in 2019.
