Chloe Jones joins our Host, Anthony Ray on The HBCU Nation Radio Show to discuss Sigma Gamma Rho, Inc.'s Leadership Program, the SouthHampton Roads Pan Hellenic Council. Chloe’ Edwina Jones is a retired educator, having taught in Norfolk, Richmond and Chesapeake for 31 years. She worked in the private sector for another 9 years and finally retired totally in 2013. She graduated from Norfolk State College (now University) and received a master’s degree from Virginia tech University. Chloe‘ is a Trustee and scholarship chair at Third Baptist Church; a life member of NAACP, a life member of National Council of Negro Women; life member of Norfolk State University Alumni Association, member of NSU Society and a member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc., Norfolk Alumni Chapter. She has served in a number of leadership capacities including: vice president and special projects chair of NCNW and is currently the corresponding secretary; recording secretary, vice president, president and special projects chair of Chesapeake Chapter of NSUAA,; recording secretary and chaplain of NSUAA; and member of the Norfolk Alumnae Chapter of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. She is currently the president of the South Hampton Roads Pan-Hellenic Council, also known as SHARPC.
