Choice feminism is something that has arisen in recent years that encourages women to choose what’s best for them, whether it’s to do with anything from their work to their body, as long as they have chosen to do so, it can be justified as an act of ‘feminism’, but is that what feminism is? Or does this ignore the fact that there are patriarchal norms that the feminist movement needs to fight in order to gain gender-equality?
