Choice is Everything

The Discover Your Amazing Edge Podcast reflects the expertise of Master coaches and Authors Zev Halpern & Sarah Polyakov in two areas Relationships and Personal Development. Our two weekly podcasts Mind Shift Matters and Spicy Fridays reflect these two fundemental areas. We look forward to Season 3 recording mid September 25. Hoping you enjoy Season 2 recorded Summer 25. In this season 2 opening episode of Discover Your Amazing Edge Podcast Authors and master coaches Zev Halpern and Sarah Polyakov discuss the issue of choice. Free speech and free will are among the many contributors to our ability to make clear choices that move our life forward.  How do we remove ourselves from the clutches of oppressive inner critic and self-doubt. Our ability to gather cheerleaders and tune out the naysayers can be a huge factor in becoming the best version of our authentic self. A shift of mindset from the forces of negativity to allowing positivity into our life is a challenge we can undertake to move our life journey in the direction of our deepest goals and aspirations. The issue of talking kindness versus doing acts of  kindness is comes up in the discussion.
