Today’s Episode—Breeana Somers: Senior Trial Attorney, Advocate, Mentor, Mom, Empowerment ChampionBree and I first crossed paths at a women attorneys’ conference where I was speaking. Although we didn’t meet in person, I came across her voice on LinkedIn a few weeks later, and I was immediately drawn to her passion and authenticity. She recently began writing about her experience with (late-diagnosed) ADHD, and single motherhood, and she does so with raw, vulnerable candor. I knew I had to bring her voice to this community.When I think of Bree, the first thing that comes to mind is the incredible mom she is to her 15-year-old daughter, Allana. Bree lights up when she talks about Allana, and the bond they share by essentially "growing up together."But Bree’s story doesn’t stop there. She’s a powerhouse advocate for women, a mentor to minority attorneys, and a champion for single moms and women navigating life with ADHD.
