In Joshua 6, Israel has been called to take Jericho. For six days, they must march around the walls of Jericho in silence except for the trumpets. Then on day seven, they must march around the walls seven times, then shout. This commandment was given to them by God as a promise of victory.See, Israel went to battle in a stance of victory.
