Choosing to Forgive: Forgiving Yourself

There are times when someone is in a prison of unforgiveness, but the person they need to forgive is themself. They are bound by guilt and shame because of past sins they committed. In this episode, Jake talks through the subject of being able to forgive yourself. When we repent and come into the light, confessing our sins to God and sincerely turning from them, we are forgiven. And if God has forgiven you, you can forgive yourself!
