Chourio’s Calm Dominance on the Mound | Kansas City Royals News

Eighteen-year-old Royals pitcher Kendry Chourio is rewriting the script in the minors with a calm, focused mindset and elite stuff—94-98 mph heat, plus a nasty curve, changeup, and slider. Posting a 2.06 ERA across two levels and promoted to High-A in June, he’s already showing advanced pitchability and maturity for his age, even navigating a new culture and language while dominating on the mound. His recent no-hitter (10 Ks in 5 innings) and bold goal of throwing one in the majors someday highlight his potential. The Royals see him as a special talent with limitless upside as he heads toward Kansas City. Listen in comfort:Get a discount on a Soli Pillow: http://solipillow.com/discount/dnn.
