CHRD MEMRY is our tribute to the house standard. In an age where producing house music can be boiled down to just pressing a couple of buttons, we’re still fascinated by interpreting sound the way a human feels it. This isn’t an edit, nor an attempt to replay the past. It’s just a couple of chords that fell into place one late night — and somehow they sounded alike. The house pioneers probably never thought their genre would one day live long enough to become postmodern. But that’s exactly where we are now. For this release, we asked our dear friend Gold Phillingz to deliver a remix. Because life is a remix — while the classic remains the same.
