He's constantly studying the best organizations in the world to figure out how to develop culture, people, and leaders. He has a Masters in leadership and has spent time studying some of the best organizations in the world. In this conversation, we talk about the importance of values and how values drive culture. We discuss leadership and what it takes to transform lives. He also shares why he thinks it's so important to develop "people" instead of just "athletes". Chris will share his journey to the NBA and the different roles that he has had in the NBA.
