Chris Helps, is a podcast  focused on students helping one another. Senior Chris Rios is a Journalism and Media Communication major and does not have degrees or certificates in pyschology or therapy. However, he does want folks to know theyre not alone. Follow Chris as he files through the depression community on Reddit, a social media platform, and offers his best advice.  On the first episode, Chris talks about the importance of talking to reputable psychiatrist, how to find happiness as we age, dealing with failure and breaking the daily routine.
