from Construction and Earthworks Podcast · host ContentForIndustry.com

Strategic manager for Flannery Plant Hire, Chris Matthew features in the first of a new 'Podcast with Leadership' series, where Peter Haddock talks to industry leaders about a whole range of topics from skills to technology, fuel to the environment, HS2 to Highways and what the industry needs to do to move forward. The series launches as an extension to Earthmovers Magazine interviews which have been featuring in the print publication with the same leaders.  In this edition, Chris talks to Peter about how Flannery is working across the industry and supporting Tier 1 contractors to deliver better outcomes. He explains how Flannery is focusing on all elements of earthworks, in particular, fuel management to reduce the environmental impact of earthworks on a whole range of projects.  With his previous role working for Balfour Beatty, Chris shares valuable insights into how the industry needs to focus on collaboration and the important role that major earthworks specialists like Flannery can play in delivering a more sustainable future.  This is the first in a series of six leadership podcasts with this edition sponsored by Leica Geosystems the connected site, surveying and machine control equipment specialist.
