My guest on E281 of #thePOZcast is Chris Meroff! Chris is a CEO, founder, author, and serial entrepreneur with a passion for helping business professionals find fulfillment in their work through sustainable success. Chris started a business with his family at just 22 years old and followed the true entrepreneur’s arc of working every job within that company as they grew. Chris worked on the family biz for 15 years, before setting out on his own to Austin, Texas in 2011 to start fresh. Chris worked on MSB Consulting to provide Medicaid consulting services to school districts up until February of 2023 when he exited the business.  Now Chris focuses on his DCX Community to help people become leaders and build teams that promote fulfillment in one’s work. He’s also an active investor dating back to 2019 and spends his time between Austin and Maine, where he runs his own farm. I really loved this conversation and Chris and I went deep on some personal topics. I truly believe that you will learn a ton from this episode and walk away saying, "I really like this guy Chris!".
