Previously, Dr. Myers was commissioned as a 2LT in the Military Police (MP) Corps. As an MP officer, Dr. Myers served 3 tours to Iraq, served as a Platoon Leader, Battalion Operations Officer (S-3), and Company Commander.In his role with the Air Force, he designs, implements, and evaluates individualized and group training programs, using data analysis, infrared technology, and sports nutrition to optimize health, fitness, and readiness. With 3 Sports Science, he provides evidence-based and personalized services to athletes and fitness enthusiasts of all levels and backgrounds.
