Chris Parker - This Is How I Felt
from Some Of My Best Work · host Mushroom Studios
"It's like Pride and Prejudice but rather than Mr Darcy it's a gay man and two museums" - Chris Parker A touching story of passing time during the Covid-19 pandemic lockdowns in New Zealand. Actor and comedian Chris Parker was sent out for supplies and returned with a felting kit. Documenting the process on Instagram became hugely popular. But when he'd felted his way through the animals on the instructions, collective enthusiasm pushed him to seek inspiration from the pandemic. Chris' final creation is on display at the Auckland Museum and a photo of him wearing it is at Te Papa, the Museum of New Zealand.
