Chris "Rocky" Hernandez, Aerospace Engineer

Our 1st guest of 2022, is Chris "Rocky" Hernandez, an aerospace engineer, who is starting a small shop class program for his kids and neighbors kids. We'll be kicking off the new year in a BIG way tomorrow night!!! Rocky is an experienced Mechanical Engineer working in the Defense & Aerospace industry on both full rate production and development programs. His responsibilities include new contract proposals, research and development, mechanical design and analysis, prototyping, integration and test, subject matter expert and mentoring. In addition to my formal education and professional experience He has years of metal working experience in welding and manual machining through training and hobbies. He also has decades of experience in tinkering through his life long passion with automotive customization, dirtbikes, custom painting, and general building of stuff (home construction, furniture, projects with his kids, etc).
