He also served as the director of communications for the U.S. Office of Management and Budget and the director of public affairs for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Chris is the author of two books, "Four Billionaires and a Parking Attendant" and "Find Your Whistle." He is a four-time national and international whistling champion and has performed with major symphony orchestras, whistled for President George W. Bush in the Oval Office, and whistled the National Anthem at major league sporting events. Chris earned a master’s degree in political science from Binghamton University. In 2023, Chris was elected to the TFAS Board of Trustees.
