Before we can begin to understand our biblical identity as the Church of Jesus Christ, we must be solidly informed as to His relationship to the church. After all, it is His church — His body. What does it mean that Jesus is the owner, builder, and Lord of the Church? How does that impact how we function as Christians in the church?
