And he could there do no mighty work, save that he laid his hands upon a few sick folk, and healed them." Mark 6:4-5. Therefore, there can be no reception without honor. Honor makes the recipient receive God and by implication receive the miracle, this means that one can only receive a miracle when he has received the doer of the miracle via honor.
