Christ Suffered Once for Sins: 1 Peter 3: 18-22: Day 15

Christ suffered once to bring sinners to God, and His victory is greater than every power that opposes him.This is one of the most difficult passages in 1 Peter, but its central message is remarkably clear: Christ suffered once for sins, the righteous for the unrighteous, to bring us to God. Peter reminds suffering believers that Jesus' suffering was not meaningless. The cross accomplished exactly what God intended.
