Christ, The Living and Abiding Word of YHWH | 3650 Minutes of Prayer

This is Day One Hundred and Five of 3650 Minutes of Prayer. Today, we went deeper into the Word of God, exploring who God is and the profound reality of our relationship with Him. We started by looking at the very concept of "the beginning." When we read Genesis 1, or try to imagine the beginning of time, our human minds cannot fully paint that picture. Even science and archaeology hit a wall when trying to point back to the true origin of all things. Why? Because before time, space, or matter existed, there was Life, and this Life is God Himself.Imagine this: every piece of knowledge, all wisdom, and everything we see in this world already existed through this eternal Life. For example, when God created the sun, He called it a "light-bearer." It is merely bearing light because there is One who gave it that light to carry. It physically bears the glory of the Lord every single day. But as Isaiah 60 reveals, there is an everlasting light that outshines the sun: Christ Himself.We read from John 1:1-4, looking at how the Apostle John described this reality. John, the disciple whom Jesus loved, was entirely transformed by the Word made flesh. He declares that in the beginning was the Word, the Word was with God, and the Word was God. This Word is life itself. When this Word becomes light in our hearts, it begins to reflect in every single thing we do. We challenged ourselves to stop skimming the surface and to dive deeply into the Word of God, because it is not just text on a page; it is the living Person of Christ.After sharing this revelation, we spent focused, deep time in prayer. We prayed that we would not just read the Bible, but that we would receive a deep, life-altering revelation and understanding of our Lord Jesus Christ, the everlasting light and the abiding Word of Yahweh.Prayer and Reflection Scriptures (AMP)John 1:1-4 (AMP)"In the beginning [before all time] was the Word (Christ), and the Word was with God, and the Word was God Himself.
