Neste episódio especial esta e outras questões serão analisadas contribuindo para um maior esclarecimento deste processo histórico da arte feminista que teve início há cerca de 50 anos. ----- In this episode, we mark the return of the podcast "Gyneceum, a Story of Art" with an interview with British collector Christian Levett, who recently opened the FAMM museum (Female Artists of the Mougin Museum) in Mougins, in the South of France. This pioneering museum is the first in Europe exclusively dedicated to women artists. What led this long standing art collector to redirect his previous collection of around 2,000 artworks and create a new one focused solely on works by women artists? What are the challenges and advantages of building this new collection? What are the expectations for a museum created specifically to house art by women? What impact will this event have on the art market? Why did the emergence of women in art history happen so late? Is it ironic that this museum is located in Mougins, where Picasso, considered by canonical art history to be the great artist of modernism and a symbol of patriarchal art, lived part of his life and died?
