In this Study, Pastor Rory Rogers looks in to the consumption of alcohol and how it relates Biblically to Christians. He discusses the history of alcohol in the modern church as well as the beginning of the church and how Jesus dealt with it. Pastor Rory examines the 3 prevailing viewpoints that are common to the stance that churches take on the consumption of alcohol and the implications of each stance from a biblical perspective. The stances that are taken historically through the current time are Prohibitionist, Abstentionist, and Moderationist. Pastor Rory also discusses the biblical versus legal view on each viewpoint.
