Christians and Preferred Pronouns

As a Christian, how should we handle others preferred pronouns? Is using them condoning a sin? Is not using them being cruel and not loving? Let's take a look at a list of things that people may think when we don't use someone's preferred pronouns and then take a look at what the Bible has to say.
