I think that there's been a lack of opportunity for scholars from different backgrounds and different lived experiences, especially when it's trying to advance our conversations around what leadership is.""With the pandemic and the long-needed conversation around equity, racial justice, and social justice...we can't go back to what we were doing in 2019. And this is me just humbly trying to put that idea out there for our field. How are we going to adjust, shift, and change to ensure that we are representing, hearing, and inviting all communities to the table?"Resources Mentioned in This EpisodeThe Purpose of Power: How We Come Together When We Fall Apart  by Alicia Garza  Engaging in the Leadership Process: Identity, Capacity, and Efficacy for College Students by Kathy Guthrie, Cameron C.
