Christina Gordon is co-founder, and CEO of the Women's Foundation of Boston. Christina is a charismatic business leader with an impressive resume who saw a lack of support for women and girls in Massachusetts' philanthropic community just 5 years ago. As a result, she decided to create WFBoston to develop, fund, and accelerate high-impact economic and leadership programs that equip Greater Boston women and girls to be financially independent and successful leaders. In just five short years, WFBoston has become one of the top 10 women's foundations in the United States with a $5M endowment. Additionally, the organization's year-end fundraising increased by 90 percent in 2021, from $1.9M raised in 2020 to an astounding $3.6M raised in 2021. Christina's incredible business acumen has allowed WFBoston to flourish into a vibrant organization that helps thousands of women and girls in Massachusetts.
