Christmas is here & so are all my emotions

It's the holiday season and this time of year seems to be a non-stop reminder that our loved one isn't here anymore. Every ad, every store you walk into, and all the plans made during the holiday season are all about being with the ones you love. The pressure is high to celebrate & do all the things. But what should you do when your heart is so heavy with grief? In this episode, I talk about my experience with the holiday season & grieving.
