As a business leader, you want to make sure you have the best people on the phone, or politely answer e-mails; they shouldn’t sound like they’re simply following a script, and they should be friendly and accommodating of clients’ wishes. You can learn a lot from your customers’ experiences and comments.  Learning. I think Ms. Santa Claus is eager to learn new technologies. She understands the modern digital space, and she’s interested in all the good things happening in the world. Learning is a big part of her life. After all, she needs to be able to read all the letters received in different languages from children around the world.  Coaching. This is the biggest job for Ms. Santa Claus, as she needs to have a global view of the operation and fine-tune processes for all involved. Ms. Santa Claus is like a CEO, CFO, COO, CIO, and CMO all combined into one person.
