Christmas Myths Busted

Every year, like clockwork, the same tired claims pop up: ‘Christmas is pagan.’ ‘Christians stole December 25th.’ ‘Nimrod invented Christmas trees.’ ‘Saturnalia = Christmas.’ And the list goes on. Well… not so fast. This revisited Pilgrims Grey Chronicles episode breaks down the bad history, the recycled internet mythology, and the anti-Christmas narratives that show up every December. Inspired again this year by a post from Derek Gilbert, we’re taking another hard look at the truth behind the season — long before the myth-busters with no sources show up to ruin Christmas for the rest of us. Join me as we dig into: • Why the early Church chose December 25th • What the historical record actually says • How modern conspiracy memes distort real history • Why the Christmas ‘pagan’ narrative collapses when you examine the evidence • And why believers have every reason to celebrate the birth of the King Step inside the Pilgrims Grey Inn, warm yourself by the fire, and let’s revisit the truth behind Christmas once again — before the debunkers arrive. 🎧 Podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/pilgrims-grey-chronicles--6496839 ▶️ YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@pilgrimsgreychronicles 📺 Rumble: https://rumble.com/user/PilgrimsGreyChronicles 🎵 Band / Merch: https://pilgrimsgrey.com/ 🛒 Merch Store: https://pilgrimsgreymerch.etsy.com ✉️ Contact: [email protected]
