I’ve entitled this Christmas series: For the Glory of God and the Good of Others. Why would Jesus leave God and come to this planet? For the glory of God and the good of others. It’s not what we get, but what we do for others. That’s the whole point of Christianity. If it’s about what you can get, you’re selfish, but if it’s about what you can give, then you’re in the servant mindset. I want to get into the controversy today. If you ask a Jew today what Isaiah 52-53 represents, they would say “Israel.” But the Bible shows that it has to be Jesus Christ.
