Today I am joined with James who was diagnosed with Autism when he was the age of 8 and it now 20 years old. James also has ADHD. Me and James connected via one of his Lego Star Wars The Skywalker Videos as we are both playing the game at the moment, we express our views on it. James talks about school life, it was good talk about the teachers not really understanding what Autism is. He was diagnosed with Chronic Anxiety in 2016 because one day in 2016 up to today, he fears of death and suffers from constant panic attacks, he said nobody knows the reason why he feels like this. 4 years later in 2019 he started making and producing his own music, as a way to help him with his anxiety and that is now what he does as his main hobby. We also talk about Gaming, doing videos on Lego The Skywalker Saga on stayfantastical, we also talk about doctor who and how the music produced by Murray Gold is Iconic! Music is everything, James gives out some awesome advise about if you suffer from panic attacks, have the fear of dying, i express i felt like this when i was younger too. We talk confidence and how you should not worry to much about the Future! Thank you James, this was a great chat, we will be seeing more of James on the show!
