Chronicals of Ashwrath

Chronicles of Ashwrath is a folk horror audio drama set in a medieval English village during the Black Death, 1348. It is written in the style of Dylan Thomas's Under Milkwood — rich, rhythmic, image-dense prose narrated by one voice throughout. The narrator is John Pike, priest of Ashwrath, who reads aloud from a strange chronicle — a series of volumes in an iron case with a date on the side that cannot be — that documents the village, its people, and events he cannot explain.
